We were traveling in the area and our generator wasn't running properly. We called Sheridan Honda and they were able to get the generator in the same day to evaluate it. We took it in around 11 a.m. and they called back around 3:30 with the great news that they were able to clean the carburetor and get it running properly. We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service and were able to get back on the road. Outstanding customer service!

These guys are the best, the parts department is super helpful and everyone is kind. They have a great amount of parts on hand so you don't have to wait and will order anything you need if they don't have it.

I came in to the dealership here and I needed some help. All my idiot lights had come on and I was 1200 miles from home. The service department was so helpful. I needed a few things and they were right on it. Within 24 hours( it would have been quicker if we didn’t have to wait to have a part delivered) I was on my way.
