I brought my four-wheeler in on a Monday and was told it would take a few days to inspect it and replace the belt. A week later, I called for an update and was told they were busy but would get to it that afternoon or the next day. Another week went by with no update, so I called again. Once again, I was told they were running behind and might be waiting on a part. By the third week, I even had my girlfriend call to see if that would help move things along. She was told the exact same thing I'd been hearing for three weeks—that they were busy and my four-wheeler was next in line. Finally, after a full month, they called me for the first time to let me know it was finished. I understand that businesses get busy, but communication is important. This is the second time I've had a lack of communication from this department. I'd much rather be told up front that it's going to take a month than have to keep calling for updates and hear the same answer every time. Setting realistic expectations and keeping customers informed would go a long way.

The Honda Sheridan team went above and beyond to sort out my bike on a cross-country trip. I turned up unannounced on my BMW which had developed an issue. Despite not having BMW diagnostics equipment, the great mechanics figured out likely causes and fixed it. The whole team was so accommodating and a real pleasure to work with. Thanks to them we were able to complete the trip without further issues.

Service dept was able to take in my bike while I was on the road, Devon worked on my bike and got it all tuned up to finish my 7000 mile trip back home to Canada. Thank you guys for the quick tune up and taking in the bike on short notice!

We were traveling in the area and our generator wasn't running properly. We called Sheridan Honda and they were able to get the generator in the same day to evaluate it. We took it in around 11 a.m. and they called back around 3:30 with the great news that they were able to clean the carburetor and get it running properly. We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service and were able to get back on the road. Outstanding customer service!
